Leadership development in JCI

Personal development opportunities are offered in various areas and positions within JCI.

JCI Hong Kong and its 21 affiliated local chapters regularly host training sessions conducted by professional trainers and experienced JCI members. These sessions help boost our member's skills in communication, meeting and project management, to bring about their positive change.
