Trainer Mentorship Summit
The 2026 Trainer Mentorship Program (TMP) Summit and Graduation Ceremony was successfully held on Sunday, October 4, bringing together more than 100 participants to celebrate the achievements of this year’s Baby Mentees. Members of JCI Macao, China, joined the event to show their support.
Over the past six months, 30 aspiring leaders from 15 groups worked alongside their Star Mentors to develop the knowledge and skills needed to become effective trainers. The programme culminated in the Summit, where participants delivered 15 training workshops.
This year, a special award recognized the teams that best applied the knowledge and skills gained through the programme and demonstrated the qualities of outstanding trainers.
The team whose workshop received the highest evaluation from the Observers will receive a JCIHK subsidy toward the application fee for the Certified National Trainer Programme, to be held during the 2026 JCI World Congress in Clark, Philippines.
The National Training & Development Commission extends its sincere gratitude to National President Senator Daryl Lin, National Executive Vice President and National President-Elect Senator Christy Chan, National Vice President Senator Hob Lau, and the NLD Team for their continued support and guidance. Their encouragement has been invaluable to the NTDC team.
