This year marks the 54th edition of the TOYP Selection, and our 2026 theme shines as 「睿見耀光,匯傑領航」“Lead with Insight, Impact to Light”. Rooted in the belief that to believe is to see, this theme celebrates leaders who harness vision to navigate change, illuminate lives and kindle hope. TOYP Selection 2026 has also gained the support from Honorary Patron, The Hon CHAN Kwok-ki, GBS, IDSM, JP, the Chief Secretary for Administration of the Government of HKSAR, strengthening the reputation of the Selection.

He described the honor as a powerful validation, proving to young athletes that though one person feels small, our collective impact can be massive. Meanwhile, Mr Chu Tsz Wing, the 2018 Awardee and Director of St. Hilary's School Development (Kindergarten, Primary & Secondary) and Chief Headmaster of St. Hilary's Primary Section, shared his views on leadership in the era of Artificial Intelligence. Mr Chu thought that technology can never replicate a human driven by genuine heart, vision, and experience, urging society to celebrate young people who dare to step into the unknown.
