JCI Sha Tin

Background
JCI Sha Tin, established in 1987, is the 17th Local Organization Member affiliated with Junior Chamber International Hong Kong. It stands out among local chapters for its strong connections with the Sha Tin District community. In 2026, our slogan "KEY to Success" means that certain important skills or traits help people achieve their goals. It shows that success is not just about luck, but about knowing and using these key elements effectively. By focusing on these "keys", individuals can overcome challenges, improve their abilities, and reach their goals in life or work. The KEY(s) Lock and Key: Just as a key opens a lock, essential skills and knowledge unlock success. These "keys" empower individuals to overcome obstacles and discover new opportunities. Important Focus: This concept highlights the importance of focusing on KEY elements of success— such as strong leadership, determination, and strategic planning. The "key" symbolizes the most critical factors that drive achievement and goal fulfillment.

Key to Success
JCI Sha Tin has adopted “Key to Success” as its theme and slogan for the year, emphasizing that essential skills and traits are the keys that unlock personal and professional goals. True success begins with competence—empowering individuals to move forward with confidence.

In line with this vision, a major focus of this year’s efforts is providing “Sha Tin Buddies” with opportunities to acquire these keys, enhance their abilities, and develop their strengths. Sha Tin Classroom At the heart of this initiative is the Sha Tin Classroom. Believing that every member is not only a future leader but also a teacher with unique talents, the chapter has integrated brief learning sessions into monthly board meetings. During breaks, board members share their knowledge and skills with fellow members. In March, Immediate Past President Randy Lee demonstrated how to use Gemini AI to streamline daily chapter work and personal tasks—handing the “key of capability” to every listener. The session went a step further by connecting digitally with sister chapter JCI South Key in Malaysia, sharing the key across borders.

To make learning more accessible, select Monthly Fellowship Gatherings (MFG) have also adopted the classroom model. At the March MFG—a magic workshop—Faye led an engaging session combining magic performances with communication skills training. The event drew an enthusiastic crowd, with one participant noting, “I now understand that what makes magic brilliant is not just the tricks themselves, but the power of speech and presentation skills during the performance.” BA Flagship Project 2026 As the digital landscape evolves at breakneck speed, the old rules of marketing no longer apply. JCI Sha Tin’s flagship seminar, “Now Is The Time: Universal Digital Sprint,” offers a timely and practical roadmap for those ready to take charge of their online destiny.

By bringing together two distinct yet complementary voices—Kevin Shee’s expertise in brand-building and personal IP, and the hands-on Reels mastery from the founder of “Zui Sou Gau”—the event on 21st May bridges the gap between vision and execution. Attendees will leave not just inspired, but equipped with actionable tools: from shaping a memorable personal brand to creating scroll-stopping short videos that convert views into revenue.

This seminar is more than a one-day event—it is another key in JCI Sha Tin’s “Key to Success” initiative, unlocking digital competencies for young entrepreneurs, SME owners, and professionals.
